Policy:
We accept cash, check, or credit
card. Health Savings Account debit cards
can also be used.
- Returned Check Policy: A penalty will be due for fees incurred because of bounced checks.
- Gift Certificate Policy: Protect your gift card and treat it as you would cash. You must have your Gift Certificate at the time of service. Gift certificates may not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or altered. Gift certificates are transferable but not refundable.
- Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: When booking an appointment a CREDIT CARD is required.. We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation for spa services. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than the specified time will be charged the full service amount.
- Snow Day Policy: Due to inclement weather, we will be in contact with you via phone to confirm or reschedule appointments.
- Late Policy: Your respect of other client’s time is appreciated and sessions will end as scheduled. Arrivals less than 15 minutes late are welcome, but are still responsible for the full fee of the session.
